Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect and why. Plain language, no tricks.
What we collect
- When you buy: your email, your name, your shipping address and a phone number for the carrier. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- When you subscribe: your email.
- When you browse: anonymous usage statistics (which pages and products are viewed, the country and the type of device) through our own first-party analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send you the confirmation and tracking emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires (for example, for taxes).
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that make your order happen:
- Stripe, to process the payment;
- our fulfillment partners and carriers (for example, AliExpress and its US warehouses, USPS, UPS or FedEx), who receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver the package;
- our email provider, to send order emails.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Your cart
Your cart lives in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent anywhere until you check out.
Your account
If you create an account we keep your email, your language and, if you add them, your favorites. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email (we never ask for or store a password), and we keep those codes only as an encrypted fingerprint for a short time. Your orders appear in your account because they were placed with the same email. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email. We will do it, except for the records we must keep by law. California residents can use these same rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
