Shipping & returns
We want every order to arrive on time and as described. If something goes wrong, we fix it.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states and Puerto Rico). We do not ship internationally yet.
How long it takes
- Products sold by ProfitToLife ship from warehouses in the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 3-10 business days in total. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
- Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. Some products are marked with free shipping.
- As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it.
- If we cannot ship your order within the time we promised, we will email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Digital products
There is nothing to ship: your download link appears right after payment and also arrives by email.
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, does not work, is not what you ordered, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the latest estimated delivery date) with your order number and a photo when possible. We will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.
Changed your mind?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return address and instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the product price as soon as the return is received. Hygiene items (personal care products that have been opened) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Digital products
Because the file is delivered instantly, digital purchases are not refundable once downloaded. If the file does not work, tell us and we fix it or refund it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5-10 business days.
Products from partner stores
Items marked "View on Amazon", "View on eBay" or similar are sold and shipped by that store. Their shipping and return policies apply, and their support handles those orders.
