Who we are

ProfitToLife (profittolife.com) is an online store based in Florida, United States. We sell a selection of physical and digital products, and we recommend products from partner stores.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders

An order is confirmed when your payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Stripe), not when it is placed. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item becomes unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if a payment looks fraudulent.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping & returns page. Products we sell may be fulfilled from third-party warehouses in the United States; we remain your seller and your point of contact for every order.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but photos and descriptions come in part from manufacturers and suppliers. Colors and sizes may vary slightly. If an item is not as described, we make it right (see Shipping & returns).

Digital products

Your download link is personal, works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. Reselling or redistributing the file is not allowed.

Partner stores and affiliate links

Items marked "View on …" are sold by that store; their terms apply to that purchase. We may earn a commission from those purchases at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
